Avoiding bad software decisions before they become expensive to undo.
Most software problems don’t start as technical failures.
They start as decisions made too early, too late, or without enough context.
Over time, these decisions compound:
- Systems become harder to change
- Teams lose trust in their tools
- Costs rise without clear benefits
I do think quite often about how to prevent that and I'd like to share and discuss my thoughts with you! Hope you enjoy :)
All the best,
Mike
